One of the most important rhythms in pop and funk music is actually a rhythm called the “Clave” – meaning “key.”
Think of the Clave as a “key” that unlocks a certain type of rhythmic behavior.
In this lesson we’ll cover the 2 basic versions – a “3-2” and a “2-3” clave.
